Ston and the Neretva Delta
A day of contrasts. Stone walls in Ston in the morning, a modern bridge across the bay, and then a completely different landscape: the flat, green delta of the Neretva river.
In season the delta is full of mandarin orchards, and local growers sell fruit by the road.
